Unlikely.

There are solid indications that "Reformatted" stuff is originated by one of
"non-formatting" posters. Publicly correcting oneself, so to speak.

Implications are interesting.

It does get more attention to the posted shit.

It creates appearance that someone else assumes that the posted shit is
important enough to re-format.

And it has almost no incremental cost over posting the formatted article in the
first place. This is like introducing vapourware and buggy betas on the market
to lower the cost of advertizing.

At least *some* professionalism on CPunks.

Or maybe now it's just punks.
