Wrong question, the -right- questions is...

What is -random-?

It means unpredictable, this means unrepeatable. If it repeats then it
-must- be predictable; that means it ain't -random-. A PRNG isn't
unpredictable, only taking such a long time that by the time the repeat
gets there you don't care. The length of that sequence is called the
modulus of the generator. -ALL- PRNG's will repeat, if they didn't they
wouldn't be -pseudo-.
