It is
with great pleasure that the INSEAD Alumni Association, with the support of
INSEAD, announces the launch of the new INSEAD Alumni Association Career
Services.
This is
the first step to respond to your needs as clearly identified in last year’s
IAA-McKinsey study and reconfirmed in a recent article in the Knowledge@Wharton
letter of early December. In 2003, we
will broaden the range of services offered and further integrate them with the
Career Management Service at INSEAD in order to create a powerful alliance that
will benefit INSEAD participants and alumni.
The
INSEAD Alumni Association Career Services are designed to serve the greatest
number of alumni and to complement any national job services that alumni can
call upon in their respective markets.
The
INSEAD Alumni Association has partnered with www.MBA-Exchange.com to bring you a
complete set of career management and job search tools. Founded by an INSEAD alumnus,
MBA-Exchange.com has proven its value to INSEAD for over three years in
providing INSEAD various career and networking online
services.
As part
of your membership privileges in the INSEAD Alumni Association, you
can:

Search
Jobs: Access jobs exclusively visible by
INSEAD Alumni. Search jobs using
multiple criteria, mark them for easy future reference, set alerts to
automatically receive emails with new jobs matching your personal criteria, as
well as apply and manage your applications online.

Submit
your career profile and
define its confidentiality (3 levels of
confidentiality). Help us identify and inform you of
unadvertised jobs matching your criteria.
Depending on the confidentiality level you select, recruiters can also
directly identify and contact you.

Access
various career management tools.
Research
industries and companies and find out about recruiting
trends.
Companies,
search firms and all INSEAD alumni are invited to:

Post
Jobs: Tap into
a unique talent pool and recruit top candidates. The Job Posting platform allows you to
easily post, edit, copy, and archive your jobs online. You can also monitor the applications
you receive for each job posting.

Identify
top candidates matching
your criteria, by searching the non-confidential CVs or by having us search the
entire database and getting back to you with qualified candidates who are
interested in your open positions.

Promote
their company: provide
targeted information about your company and career opportunities. Feature an article or an interview with
a director among INSEAD Alumni.
