Article about IBM's recently announced decision to move its operations from Hungary to China - 'The importance of the IBM move is that it signifies, in more ways than one, the start of a much larger process in where multinational companies, having enjoyed the preferential treatment they have received up to now, realise that the good times are soon to be over as those countries which are likely to join the EU in the first round of expansion will no longer be in any position to offer the same amount of incentives.
