Reparations are possible,desirable and a great way to start a new era in
America and even the world.How are they possible?
Well we have supercomputers now,quantum computers soon,if they cant figure
out balanced reps then we really don't have much hope for dealing with mass
extinctions and climate change do we?
Its not only possible,but due to the importance of the cotton and other
trades,the records kept still exist and they are detailed.It's not only
possible to estimate on the micro-economic level the contribution made by
labor inputs that long ago,its done every day in some tutorial somewhere.
If its possible to compensate on a group basis as the German State does for
the Jewish people,then why isn't it considered by many in the USA?
Some argue that it is not desirable as it would encourage a handout
mentality.This is a real problem in any social security system and is
considered exacerbated by the situation many find themselves in,where they
are discriminated against in one of the most vicious of vicious
circles.That is not even a 'black thing,'I speak from the experience of
over 30 years dealing with welfare.It was 10$ a week when I first applied
in 1970 at the age of 15.
But are we talking about reparations in cash,by stipend?Or some other way
such as group service projects and community infrastructure construction?
Why not call them reconciliation investments,instead of reparations.Monies
sunk in such investments need not be dead or lost funds by no means,the
spin-offs,the extra incomes and opportunities developed.Even the most
discredited Austrian economist could see what I'm saying.
We can look back on the past,like Mongo,'Manson'May,David,'dickhead'
Horrorwitz and the lunatic jamesd,or we can look forward to a new dawn in
America,a better way for America and a Fair shake for ALL Americans that
will shine such a light as to guide ALL peoples of ALL nations to begin
again get to know the better angels of ALL our natures.
