FCC TO HOLD OPEN COMMISSION MEETING

The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on the
subjects listed below on Wednesday, December 11, 2002, which is scheduled

TITLE: Additional Spectrum for Unlicensed Devices Below 900 MHz and in the
3 GHz Band.
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Inquiry concerning the
possibility of permitting unlicensed transmitters to operate in additional
frequency bands.
