Minister accused over �100m sweeteners
Article about accusations that the Ministry of Defence is covering up
financial incentives offered to US private equity firm the Carlyle Group
during the privatisation of the technology research agency QinetiQ.
Apparently under the terms of the deal the UK taxpayer would assume
unquantifiable environmental liabilities
