MSNBC: Savage will "expand the marketplace of ideas"
Washington Post
Conservative talker Michael Savage tells Howard Kurtz there's no question MSNBC hired him to bring in a conservative audience. "They know which way the wind blows," says Savage, whose book refers to the network as "More Snotty Nonsense By Creeps." Steve Rendall of Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting says Savage "really is in many cases a gutter-level bigot," while the TV/radio talker accuses his critics of "Nazism" and "economic terrorism."
