On March 10, Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks warmed up a London audience by remarking that "Just so you know, we're ashamed the president of the United States is from Texas." Since then, dozens of radio stations across the country have organized boycotts of their music. This effort by broadcasters to chill speech is downright scary.
