BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP
Thank you for your kind attention to my email. I am MR.DONALD ATTAH a technical
Director of the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) as well as a member of the
contract award committee of the Directorate of
Petroleum Resources. The sum of $55M is what is remaining from over invoiced contract
awarded by my committee.
The original contractor has been paid remaining this over invoiced amount.
What I am seeking from you to use your company to front as the beneficiary of this
remaining amount. It will be paid to you as if you supplied health care equipments to
DPR. We already have in stock the equipments that will represent what you supplied.
All that is required of you is to make the application for the payment using your
company letterhead paper (I will make available the text of how the letter will be, as
well as the pro-forma invoice for the supplies) the rest of the processing will be
taken care of by me down
here.
In fact all the process for the approval of the fund in the name of your company will
be perfected.
As not to raise any suspiscion, your company will be incorporated in Nigeria with the
date of incorporation backdated, also your company tax will be paid for at least
minimum of 3years. Your company will as well
be registered as a contractor with DPR. All the above will be taken care of by me.
The fund will therefore come to your account as payment for supplies you made.
