SUMMIT MEETING - INTERNATIONAL LAW on INCENTIVES, BENEFITS, COMPETITION and STATE AID This one-day summit will discuss practical ways of overcoming the potentially devastating impact of international laws and proposed WTO agreements. These threaten many of the factors that help free zones and special economic zones, particularly those in the developing world, compete in the global market place.

Attend this summit, and help devise a post-Cancun response to the WTO, including a proposal for a new legal text to be included in the WTO regime. WTO and EU negotiators will be amongst the speakers.
