Dear SIR,
You may be surprised to receive this letter, you do not know me
personally, but for the purpose of introduction,i am Mrs FELICIA the wife of MR.
DESMOND IZIZI, who was recently murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe. I got your
this address through South Africa Information Exchange (S.A.I.E.)here in Johannesburg
and decided to write for an assistance. My late husband was among the few black
Zimbabwean rich farmers murdered in cold blood by the agents of the ruling government
of President Robert Mugabe for his alleged support and sympathy for the Zimbabwe
opposition party controlled by the whites.
Before his death, he had taken me to Johannesburg to deposit the sum of US$12M
(twelve million Dollars)with a security and finance company as if he knew the looming
danger in Zimbabwe. The money wasdeposited as Gem stones in the security company to
avoid seizure and also to avoid much demurrage from the security company. This money
was earmarked for the purchase of new machinery and chemicals for the farms and
extablishment of the new farms in Lesotho and/or South Africa.
This land problem arose when president Robert Mugabe introduced a new land act which
wholly affects the rich white farmers and some few blacks vehemently condemned the
modus operandi adopted by the government, that resulted to destruction, mob action and
rampant killings by war veterans and some political thugs. This has cliam scores of
lives. Heads of government from western world, especially Britain and United States of
America have voiced their condemnation of Mugabe'splan. Subsequently, the South African
Development Community (S.A.D.C.) has continously supported Mugabe's new land reform
act. It is against thisbackground that i and my family who are currently staying in
South Africa have decided to transfer my husband's money into a foreign account, after
due consultations.
As the wife, i am saddled with the responsiblity of seeking a genuine foreign
account where this money could be transfered without the knowledge of the government
who had tactically frozen our family wealth and South African government seems to be
playing along with them. I am faced with the dilema of investing this amount of money
in South Africa for fear of seizure and encountering the same
experience in future since both countries have almost the same political history
couple with the on going demostration by the Southb African Landless Assiciation.More
so,the South African Exchange policy does not allow suchinvestment, hence i am an
asylum seeker.
AS a humane man whom i must enthrust my future and that of my famuliy on his
hands, i must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free. Therefore, if you
accept to assist my family and me,we are willing to offer you 20% of the total sum for
your assistance,70% will be for me and my family while 10% will be for all expenses. If
this proposal is accepted by you, please do send a fax email me with the above number
or call me on the above tel.number. But you should know that this business is highly
confidntial and should be kept within you alone. Please consider this as a letter from
a widow who is running away from danger, because our lives are been threathened.
Best Regards,
Mrs FELICIA IZIZI
