is time for America to Sign Up for a Democratic Victory in 2004.
Now, it is important for
our party to come together and unify.
Our country has taken a terrible turn for the worse
with respect to so many issues: The War in Iraq has crippled
our standing in the world, the Federal deficit is threatening both
current social services and the solvency of the country my children
will inherit, Halliburton Corporation�s profiteering and the Vice
President's Energy Commission force us to question the credibility
and intentions of our government and questions about gay rights,
sexual education, and the Patriot Act have put all social
progressives on the defensive. And, do not forget for one
moment that we won in 2000 by more than a half million votes and
nothing has been done to strengthen America�s voting procedures.
We
always ask ourselves, �What can we do?�. And I have an
