E-Learning Return On Investment (ROI) Web Seminar Series

Dear Subscriber,

We cordially invite you to participate in an online seminar titled "Solving Human Performance Issues in Manufacturing". Please join your industry peers as they participate in this timely and exciting topic.

About the Presenters:

Mr. Steve Case, Vice President, Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Steve Case brings over 25 years of commercial industry training experience, with a heavy concentration of e-learning applications. Steve brings tremendous experience in the synchronous and asynchronous e-learning environments, and has pioneered business development and partnership mechanisms that are crucial to the growth of the e-learning industry.

Mr. Jack E. Lee, President and CEO, Knowledge Management Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Lee is recognized as a pioneer in the development of web-based knowledge transfer technologies. Prior to founding KMSI, Mr. Lee served as an Executive Officer of General Physics Corporation ("GP") for 12 years, and President of the Applied Technology Group. In this capacity, he significantly expanded GP's capabilities in technology services with emphasis on Internet and Web based technologies.

Today, more than ever before, a multitude of human performance issues and challenges confront manufacturing companies on a daily basis. Launching new products, quality and process controls, employee retention and performance management are key to maintaining a competitive advantage. The introduction of knowledge and learning management technologies has enabled many manufacturers to meet these challenges faster, with significant return on investment.

During the session you will hear how a multinational automobile manufacturer has leveraged technology to create vehicle specific training modules covering operational standards unique to their manufacturing processes. Using these tools the client is able to assign and track the progress of each associate participating in the training and record individual scores and completion results. The client has recently integrated a video production facility and test lab to provide a complete blended learning solution. The presenters will discuss the latest industry training and performance management issues and provide information on course development, content conversion, enterprise integration and e-learning standards conformance.

The session will be broadcast live on April 5th, 2005 at 2:00 PM EST. The seminar will be approximately 1 hour in duration and there is no charge to participate in these events. "Solving Human Performance Issues in Manufacturing" is the seventh in a series of events sponsored by KMSI to introduce processes and technologies that have proven their ability to improve e-learning return on investment. To date, over 1,000 individuals from many of the largest companies and most respected organizations have participated in these events.

We have received extremely positive feedback in response to the event titled "Rapid Prototyping of E-Learning Courseware" conducted on March 1, 2005. While we will not conducting this event again until later this year, we would be pleased to schedule a time to discuss the event presentation materials and to provide a demonstration of the E-Learning Rapid Prototyping technologies and methods presented. Please call us toll-free at (866) 501-5674 or email us at [EMAIL PROTECTED] for more information or to schedule a demonstration.

If you have previously registered for any of our âE-Learning Return On Investment (ROI) Web Seminar Seriesâ events at http://www.beducated.com, your existing user account will be automatically enrolled in this event.

Sincerely,
Jack E. Lee
