That's trivial: charge Tor-originated users for editing. That 0.0001% (all three of them) that actually contributes to Wikipedia will be resourceful enough to create untraceable payment accounts.
...and ensure that all future Tor-originated Wikipedia entries are about anonymous payments and transactions...
