Would anyone object to supporting the SMTP HTTP binding described in there?
We already support the actual extensions to IMAP that satisfy the
LEMONADE profile v1 and are working on those extensions to satisfy
upcoming v2 profile. We haven't even discussed HTTP bindings yet.
