Hello. Proposed patch (see attachment) adds sqlite3 backend support to the cyrus-sasl sql plugin. The patch does not interfere with present sqlite(v2) code. Build infrastructure is updated (tested on Debian Sid and on Ubuntu Hardy), but this update does not address win32 systems.
