There is one small problem: "vacation-seconds" contains a dash, which
config2header converts verbatim into the enum-name
IMAP_ENUM_SIEVE_EXTENSIONS_VACATION-SECONDS.
I can either use an underscore in the list of extensions or patch
config2header to replace '[^_0-9A-Za-z]' with '_'. Opinions?
