Nicola,I've just made a big commit in D44, and would appreciate another set of eyes on it prior to accepting it.
In this commit are the new Sphinx extension for manpage building, as well as a load of said man pages.
My specific concerns are to verify that the Sphinx extension works for others as well as for me. Also, as I am not a Python person, I think we'd really benefit from someone who is looking at the extent of my subclassing in the new extension. I am not really sure if I've managed to do as little as possible there (which is what I think we'd prefer).
Please take a look and let me know.
