Present: Nicola, Ken, Jeroen, ellie, Bron, Partha, Robert

ellie:
* has been mostly moving this week, so hasn't done much.
* picking nits to fix on sasl and imapd

Jeroen:
* has updated personal copy of old Cyrus docs to point to current docs.* feels
like a guest, which we don't want - we want to be the Cyrus project, which just
has some people who are FastMail people.* has many patches on top of 2.5 - they
need to be cleaned up and merged back.* sasl? what changed - mostly bug fixes
and build fixes. Might need build changes to be coordinated since packagers
are often different.* Murder improvements would be interesting to Kolab.

Bron:
 * nothing really - been busy with FastMail management tasks

Ken:
* didn't touch dierolls.
* Been working on per-user alarms which are coming along nicely.
* Still struggling with how to handle etags and make sure they only change for
the user who added their information.* decision is between storing changes as
annotations, or storing patches in the file along with everything else. Will
keep looking at it.* sasl v2.x vs v3 - no binary changes, so don't need to bump
major version. Will do more invasive pull requests later.* will have to put
together release notes for sasl release.

Robert:
* JMAP multi-account support 99% done.
* Xapian crasher has kept busy - waiting for opinion from Xapian upstream.
Cherry-pick commit and test in prod. -> bron and partha will be testing it
tomorrow
* Two different issues - non-deterministic and hard to debug stuff. Any way to
improve process? Pair program with someone with FM prod access.* Second issue
- user-flags dump.
* this week - update TC-API document for Calendars.

Partha:
* first couple of days - trying to fix autotools issue with sasl
* also massive patch in a branch that does code compliance with cyrus-imapd
style (whitespace, etc)* working on functional testing framework for sasl using
shell scripts - hoping to send initial pull request later this week - started
by using cassandane for sasl, but too tightly knit with cyrus-imapd for now*
didn't get to dicerolls last week
* got prod access to FastMail, so need to spend some time trying to understand
how Cyrus is used in FM production
Nicola:
* not much this week, just some docs for the sasl release
