RobS: * Few fixes on Cyrus JMAP. * Reviewed getMessageListUpdates patch from Bron. * Working on Xapian search improvements: - Migration of mailboxnames to unique ids - Caching search tiers in faster tiers - To discuss these changes with Bron * Revisit JMAP spec to make sure it is updated.
