This far I've been editing Python code with "gedit", and so I'm wondering: What's your favorite? emacs? Eclipse? eric?
I'd especially like stuff like - Quick jumping to classes and up and down between class hierarchies on overriden methods - Refactoring tools - Automatic import writing - Completion... Though integrated debugging, test running etc. are "nice" too.
