Yep, I'm disappointed too. There were a lot of positive comments on your project, but what it boiled down to in the end was that the PSF had 66 projects with mentors, only got 32 slots, and every sub- organization ended up sharing the short end of the stick (most projects only got one, and of those few that got two usually it was because they had a dozen application proposals (and so percentage- wise it was a lot lower).
