Well I spent the afternoon doing a quick 'proof of concept' porting of the
docs to Sphinx (the new python documentation system).

You can see the results at:

Do people like this? If so I can continue to make this work. The documents are
made into reStructuredText files that can be made into html or nice latex pdfs
etc.

I was thinking after getting the pyrex docs finished (I have some problems
with cross references and tables . . .) I can comb the wiki to add the new
information in.

Tell me what you think. Things to notice:

* I am making all reference to Pyrex into Cython. Is this what people want?
* How should I quote the authors? I have just put everyone on the frontpage on
  including Grew Ewing.
