Anyway, I really believe it is a good idea to ship the generated
sources with your release tarballs. Then the users of your releases do
not even need to have Cython installed to build your distribution.

Cython is gaining more and more features and fixes every week. I'm
really happy with this fast enhacement process, then I'm always
running on head of cython-devel repo. And this also helps to Cython
core developers, as they some extra code outside the Cython test suite
being continuouly built and possible regresions being catched.

Of course, perhaps the above comments do not fit well with your
workflow; in such case, just forget about it.
