Well, it should be orthogonal to these (you may want the warning flag
regardless of whether the current code defaults to C or Python
division mode).
Maybe cdivision(c_mode, warn_if_mode_matters=False), so you can use
cython.cdivision(True, True) or cython.cdivision(False, True).
Or cython.division_mode('C'), cython.division_mode('Python', True), etc.
