I just wanted to congratulate you and thank you for getting this going! Fortran support is an oft-overlooked yet *critical* piece of making Python a serious scientific computing tool, and f2py has been getting a bit long in the tooth. For a long time many of us have thought that the cython-f2py marriage would be an ideal evolution, seeing how conceptually they can share so much infrastructure, and cython is a much more lively project than f2py today. So a huge thanks from me, and best wishes for the success of this project over the summer!
