Last time I checked, they had all sorts of evil paragraphs in their "terms
of service". I rechecked now and it seems they have learned something and
stripped it down from 21 to 11 paragraphs. They no longer require me to
acknowledge their patents, for example.

There is one paragraph that requires me to accept updates to software
installed on my computer (which I don't have to install, so that's fine).

There is another paragraph that states that they are allowed to change
their TOS at any time, and move it onto my shoulders to poll their TOS for
updates regularly. That's not quite what I call fair contract conditions.
It's more like: "well, we can change the contract at any time, so if we
feel like suing you, we will make sure that we adapt it accordingly before
sending out lawyers".

But, all in all, the new TOS are actually quite acceptable.
