Something occurred to me:

When we discussed whether there should be a cython-users list, we were
arguing from how the situation is today, and that the current active users
don't think it is needed.

However, one should probably take into account future scenarios:

a) It might be that cython-users would attract more posters, who don't
think about asking their questions on cython-dev in the first place
(dev-lists in general being a RTFM kind of place, even though this one
isn't)

b) It might be that cython-users would in time make it easier for non-devs
to answer questions, creating a users community in the same

As for me personally, I totally don't mind the users questions in here and
would subscribe to both lists (as I'm sure the other devs would as well),
but it is now getting to a point where having the different things sorted
into two folders in my mail program wouldn't hurt either.

So, +1 from me on a new cython-users list.
