Me and Stefan Behnel has decided to nominate Robert Bradshaw as Cython's Benevolent Dictator (not necesarrily For Life), and he has accepted.
Knowing Robert, the Cython project will continue to stay open and largely consensus-driven. Yet the hope is that this change will allow us to move forward more quickly when there is confusion or conflict. I must say I don't really expect any opposition to this change in Cython's project management structure, but please speak now (or forever hold your peace).
