We've been trying to get somewhere to host a users' list for Cython, however we've got no response from the mail admins we've tried so far (codespeak, python.org).
Other ideas? Anybody with a reliable, well-supported server, with email lists set up, who wants to host the Cython mailing lists? Cython's server is currently hosted by the Sage project (sagemath.org). However the Sage project uses Google groups and doesn't have mailman or similar set up (or at any rate, don't administer any other email lists, so the administrative overhead would be huge). Google Groups appears to be out of the question for Cython due to having to sign an EULA before getting posting access.
