Hi! What's the best practice for appending efficiently in Cython? Do I have to implement a dynamic array myself (either from scratch, or based on NumPy arrays), or is there some other way?
Ticket #314 looks interesting here... So does CEP 517, but I guess maybe that won't help, as it explicitly states that resizes may never happen; perhaps there would be a way of doing appends anyway?
