Is it possible to give a rough estimate 0.13's release date, for those
who might ask? End of summer, end of year?
I'll mention some things from Hayou's GSoC project and Danilo's C++
integration from last year.
Really soon, I hope (weeks at most). Unlike the last several months, I'll
actually be able to work on it again, and we're way overdue.
