I'd probably come to Munich; it's obviously a lot less stressful than 
going to the US. I agree that we should try to minimize travel distance 
and time zone shifts over all participants, so we should gather a list 
of possible attendees (and their location!) before settling anything 
else IMO. But Munich would be great for me.
