increased perf for wrapped labels #854
- support labels w/ valign:top and valign:bottom (top didn’t work
before)
- fixes bug where label dims no longer correct (fixed by using internal
text dim calculator)
- line split logic moved & refactored to .getLabelText() (uses internal
text dims calc)
- add caching to label line splitting logic to minimise perf impact
