fix label bugs etc #854
- enable wrap for edges
- center valign w/ wrap case
- label outline not aligned w/ wrap
- wrap disabled by default in stylesheet
- set default wrap width to 9999 so it's easier for the manual \n case
(someone who wants autowrap would set text-wrap-max-width manually to
match their style anyway); this way manual \n works by default with
text-wrap:wrap
