Refs #3455: Removes the "Compare Views" button, since it did not make much
sense after more tests -- it's not a real mode like View and Grid, but more of
a special case of View Mode. Show View/Grid toggle buttons are always displayed
now. View mode no longer changed when opening a new session file.
