Refs #3843: LoadMultipleNetworksTask no longer initializes its tunables when
there is only one file to load, so its tunable fields can be hidden--better let
the reader's tunables handle it in this case (e.g. if it is a table reader, it
will display a dialog with the table preview anyway, so we don't want to show
an extra dialog).
