Disable the edgehandles blue dot for now.
It needs to be redesigned if we want to use it in future:
- Users do not use the blue dot.
- The blue dot should be redesigned (maybe as a green outlined circle). It
looks too much like selection with the blue colour.
- Edgehandles should probably have a snapping feature (snap to nearest node),
but this doesn't exist yet. It would have to consider the cancel case
carefully.

Change the notification dismiss button to "dismiss" text rather than an x
Users misinterpret the x to mean "close the popover" rather than dismiss the
notification, probably because it's an x in the corner of the popover.
