CYTOSCAPE-12485 #comment Number of selected nodes/edges on view's info panel
no longer updated when hiddenness changes. Likewise, number of hidden elements
no longer updated when only selection changes. Also, it now checks for changes
to NODE_VISIBLE or EDGE_VISIBLE properties on ViewChangedEvents, to avoid
unnecessary updates to the hiddenness info.
