CYTOSCAPE-12231 #comment LOD menu is now a Checkbox Menu and is called "Force
High Graphics Details". Adds the same action to the View's toolbar as a toggle
button. Had to create the Visual Property NETWORK_FORCE_HIGH_DETAIL, because
the View UI cannot access DingGraphLOD objects.
