Use the organism name from the grounding service for display #513
- Use the grounding service `organismName` field.
- Remove the `Organism` class.
- `toggleorganism` event has an `organismId` argument instead of an `Organism`.
- Remove unused services and config env vars.
- Disable the use of textmining in generating a doc. Reach should output taxon
IDs, and our reach processing module should be revised to use it as a hint
system. Since we are not using textmining services for any user, it doesn't
matter if it's disabled for now.
