Misc. editor fixes
- The help box no longer overflows on iPhones.
- The context menu is no longer available on graph elements. This makes
zooming easier on mobile.
- The escape key closes the help box.
- Misc. unused code removed.
- Fix Twitter icon in share popover.
- The read-only view no longer shows highlighted text in the entity info
popover.
- Spacing on the read-only view entity popover is improved.
- A Tweet link & icon replaces the share button on the read-only view.
- The help is not shown in the read-only view.
- The top-left logo does not show a menu on the read-only view.
