- generatePubmedArticle is now createPubMedArticle and enables one to
populate various fields of a stub
- abstracted a checkStatus function that looks at the HTTP status returned from
fetch
- Described an HTTPStatusError so we are able to specifically address these
errors

When filling the doc, try pubmed or stash then swallow the error and return a
stub
