Bump xmldom and soap
Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after
updating ancestor dependency [soap](https://github.com/vpulim/node-soap). These
dependencies need to be updated together.
Removes `xmldom`
Updates `soap` from 0.25.0 to 0.45.0
