Hi Benjamin, you correctly identified the Holy Spirit Cathedral dome and the Rathaus, but the shooting location and shooting vector are different. The photo is taken on the cavalry training ground (Exerzier Platz) on Mühlsteg (modern Kievskaya), right behind the Schiller Park. Two buildings on the right are cavalry barracks (still exist in a semi-ruined state, they were abandoned in 1991 and not used since then). The building in the center is the Kaiser Jubiläums Volksschule on Althgasse (Lesi Ukrainki) - we see the fourth floor windows on the building's back facade. The picture is taken between 1908 and 1916.
