Dear Group Members, Over the last week, we have seen members asking what they can do to offer direct help someone in Czernowitz, or anywhere in Ukraine, for that matter. We ourselves have sent some money to our friend there via Western Union, but we wanted to be able to do more. We therefore composed an email describing our friend and the situation, and sent it out to a long list of friends and family. The response has been tremendous! We discovered that people are looking for a way to help directly, and we simply opened the door. Please try it. You will find it very effective.
