Hello everyone, I have an ongoing problem. I've been trying to order my father's birth certificate from Chernivtsi Oblast Archives. They said they found what I want but want payment in hyrvenias. I can't seem to find a site I can wire hrvenias to. I asked if I could send them euros or USD and it looks like they want payment in person. My dad left as a teenager in the 1950s. I'm not sure if we still have anyone there. I have instructions. It's like 118 hyrvenias, which is about $3USD.
What their last reply: "Good evening! Unfortunately, the archive does not have a currency account, so payment is possible only in hryvnias and through a bank branch in person" Does anyone have any ideas?
