Dear Norbert, Gabriele and Cz List

I wish I could help, but I can't. Although my paternal Rosenberg
family all came from Czernowitz and were living there at the time in
question, I don't have anyone called Edmund in my tree. My family were
all German speaking and were poor and held manual jobs. working on the
railway and as tailors and butchers. Whilst 3 of my paternal great
grandparents on this line were all born Rosenberg, the names within
the rest of that part of my family tree are Pauker, Tresser, and
Meerfeld/Mehrfeld/Meerfeld. Also Rubin and Mechle.

All the best
