Thanks for your most helpful reply, and yes I was able to access the links..

I wasn’t aware of Open Street Map and it has helped answer my question about 
the location of 13 Regele Ferdinand, inasmuch as it indicates that the former 
38 Hauptstrasse corresponds to present day 15 Holovna and not 13 Holovna as I 
had imagined — this makes it that much more likely that 13 Regele Ferdinand was 
13 Hauptstrasse.
